Cruise was fun, a bit rocky on the way home which is just the way I like it.

I go out to sea again next week on the Icon with the wife (TA) cruise but I suspect no weather rocky sailing else all the kiddies will cry boo hoo.

Hey, sorry for my silence.  Baby had to go into the shop, as she had contracted 5 viruses.  I suspect it was McAfee trying to extort money to renew their "protection."

Anyway, she's fine now, thanks to the geniuses at the Best Buy's Geek Squad!  Geek Squad, never by anything electronic without them!!!!!  :)

No worries Diana, even electronics get sick   and yup, I got me that yearly geek squad protection plan of some thing or other for all my stuff.  Done well so far.

An AD&D1E game that'd been running for quite a spell ended last month, or so, and I asked the Dungeon Masters in this game if they could come and play with us.  Wasn't it some sixteen years?  I think I was the last person to join; I'd gotten in before, but life got hairy for a while, so I told the Dungeon Master to bench me.
...I've just been caught up in a quagmire, until recently.  Hmph.

16 years is great..My best gam is 13+ and my other two  game are just about that long.I have good players though, most are active, some are on the shelf for RL  reasons...but its good they got to come here.

The longest I was in, was a game run by StarMaster; it was a BECMI game.  He was such a good dude... That aside, is Adventurers League endeavors elsewhere.

i had refused to GM  when i got here.. so many bards closed  down   and i wound up here. I ran games on Yahoo, and  they were a virus trap... I have one player in my fantsay  game, who lives in denmark?..some how tracked  me here and rejoined the game!.. i ran thosemgames in the late  90s.

I was in a free form , Starship troopers game?  it was TOO  free form. there has  to be a frame work?.. didn't matter though, the game diedabout   a month? But ehre were a few great players in it. so i started my own sci-Fi game, with my own  semi-freeform..still has rules, still has  some dice  rolls, but RP is the  thing.. I was  hoping it would last at elast 1000 posts?. It has 144K? and counting. But.. That's from good players.

 i get bad  ones...malcontents. i don't  keep them around long.. others   just ghost  and walk away... but i don't care about them.. i'm there to make the players who love the  game...keep loving it!

yup, new players with new character joining your world.  they may or may not be in your specific group/adventure but are all co-located in this world so though you may never meeet one thier play could and has in the past affected other groups adventures.  so far i try to keep the groups from becoming to large in numbers but we shall see.  evil dm chuckle

Just of note again, In one game, Sacred scrolls (a proboard game platform) for like 16 years and still going strong.  This one for umm how many years?  Plus others.  DM or player I just love to game and role play characters.  so lets roll some dice :)

I was in 6 of StarMaster's Traveller games. Rob had a lot of games he was running. He was a friend and it hit hard when he passed away. His roommate, Vince left rpol right after too, a player in one of the games took rp seriously and began stalking/harrassing him including a death threat.
