Here's the replacement out-of-character thread.

I want to use the Occupation templates from the 7e Investigator Handbook.

Once players have settled on an occupation, I will share the appropriates template with them.

How does one post large pictures in one's character description?

I upload larger images to a site like imgur.com then use an <img> tag formatted like this example from the Help pages: <img src="http://beta.rpol.net/images/banner-light-beta.gif"> . That results in an inline image like this one below:

Top right is red "Help" link, click it and write "image" into search, then select "posting a message". Or even write "img" and there will be only one link. You can easily find it like that without the need to remember.
