Is This a Good Place to Run an Exalted 3e Game?

As the title says. I don't have much play by post experience and I'm looking around for the best place to host an Exalted game I'm starting.

In particular, does this site support Exalted style dice rolling? Has anyone here run an Exalted game and what was your experience like?

Thanks for any help you can provide!"

Never played Exulted ?..But  as far as the site goes?.. this is the best place... all the tools on your main page.. you can make   threads..put up  maps on the map section.. limit access to some threads, all throw the  GM/DM tools

as far  as running the game?  This isn't table  top , face to Face, you may have to use  PMs   alot, you have the  dice roller that can record  secret rules  when wanted . But you can't  be a slave to the rules, since you can't  'talk out' things in Real time  unless the players happens to be on the  same time you are , and can PM.

My advice,  Run the game  as you would want to play in it. and you should have fun.

The reason the dice roller is my main concern is because Exalted - well, all White Wolf systems really - use an odd dice system. Checks involve rolling a bunch of d10s, and instead of the total mattering, you count the number of dice that show a 7 or higher.

A lot of dice rollers I've seen don't support that sort of thing very well.

In reply to MaxAstro (msg # 3):

White Wolf Exalted is one of the default/built-in dice roller configurations here, but I've never used it for such. Too, I'm not sure what edition it's configured around.

To elaborate on this, the exalted system in the dice roller is configured to let you set a target number.  Then 10s are counted as two successes, and Botches are on a rolled 1 and no successes rolled.

It's been a long time since I've played Exalted so I also don't know which edition those rules align with.

I just went to the list of specialized dice rules offered, and White Wolf Exalted in on the list. I would suggest you start a board and play with it to see if it meets your needs.

It is with the W's, not the E's in the alphabetized list.

The dice roller works fine and the site is arguably the best set up for PbP on the net. With essentially all others being a bog standard forum as opposed to a custom (if betimes imperfect tool).

However no dice roller, other than a whole custom exalted specific website, will be able to handle exalted crafting charms running on full blast. Believe it or not there is not toll to roll an extra die for every 345 sequence rolled.
