Looking for a Pathfinder game
I'm kind of interested in this; just don't know if I have the time.
I'm also not that familiar with the Mythic Rules. That being said, before Pathfinder came along (and before 'mythic' rules), I probably ran a few semi-mythic adventures/campaigns in an ftf game.
1.) Two characters with bad-ass weapons and armor went to a troll kingdom to see how many trolls they could kill. I think they may have thought they could kill them all, but when their charged weapons and armor began running out of charges and they were getting low on hit points, they bugged out. Can't remember how many trolls they killed but it was several hundred.
2.) The above character with the super-armor had to leave a session early, so he suggested that the rest of the party just stuff him in the bag of holding (back when it still had the stasis function). Unfortunately, none of them realized his armor had it's own extra-dimensional space, so... the bag ruptured, scattered the contents (including the PC) in the interstices of nilspace (anyone remember those?).
Fortunately, the others knew that one of the prominent wizards in the city was also a Timelord (even if they didn't really know what that was). If anyone knew what the interstices were and how to get there, it was him. So they went and rescued the PC.
3.) The evil Minister of Science in the neighboring country attempted to annihilate the Elvin Kingdom with an asteroid strike. The PCs found out about it, and had to fly into space to stop the asteroid. They polymorphed a magic shield into a long ship and a teleporting sword into a sail (or was it the other way around?) and went and destroyed that.
There might have been others, like traveling through the Hours of the Night in the Egyptian afterlife...
Also, I'm currently running a Pathfinder game on Middle Earth where the PCs started out as 10th level gestalts with a feat at every level. The premise was seeing what Radagast had been doing between The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings. The first adventure was to find the missing Ents.
Anyway, does any of that sound mythic? Otherwise, I'm struggling to come up with an idea for this game.
What kind of game/adventures are the rest of you interested in?
