So, I joined a Project: Freedom game (essentially like Suicide Squad but actually good, in theory) a while back, and the concept I came up with was a vampire hero. She's doing her best now to make up for centuries of bad, after having fallen under the spell of a vampire lord as a spoiled Revolutionary-era American noblewoman. I can give you much more detail in the background, but essentially, she woke up, and she's a study in contrasts: ancient and guilt-ridden, yet youthful and exuberant, wise and yet out of her own time, immortal but afraid she's dead already. Just kind of the troubled hero type. Powers-wise, sort of a mix between totem hero and mystic, or maybe low-level paragon. Original game was PL 11 but she could work at 10, too. I just really want to play her.

The scenario doesn't have to be a Project: Freedom one. There are other reasons why she might join a superteam, and why they might give her the opportunity to do so—including that maybe she completed a tenure on Project: Freedom and thus earned her freedom.
