I could throw my hat in the ring if you don't already have someone. I will say that my style tends to be more collaborative and improvisational. I am generally going to be keen to bring in people's ideas and roll with what they want and where they want things to go. Part of this is also that I'm unlikely to build out complex worlds or plots beforehand, and instead favor building to the horizon and preparing ideas for where you all indicate you want things to go. We would probably spend some time discussing the starting point while we worked on getting people and start actively playing once we had a good idea of that starting point, whether or not we had any more players. The rest of the world and story would be built as we proceeded. Some people don't like the idea of the pressure being on them to have goals or the potential lack of a central quest being pushed by the GM. This style leads to a feeling of being sort of swept up in the current of things or having to come up with your own goals. Similarly, some people like worlds where they can feel the richness and history of the lore. That may be lacking here as I sort of let people peak behind the curtain. Your characters might never notice, but as players, you will know that a lot of stuff was built as needed rather than always having been there, fully developed and just waiting for you.
So, if you like the idea, I can get a game set up. We'll work out the details of the starting point. Then I'll get out an ad while we refine some details around that starting point. Once we are in a position where we feel ready to move forward, we will do so with the people we have. We can add more people as they come if we want, but it wouldn't be my intention to let the game molder away waiting for a full cast to start.
