Zombie World Die roller

I was wondering if we could get a zombie world die roller.

Its based on the Apocalypse world engine, expect it uses cards instead of a 2d6.

It has a survivor deck and a bite deck.

The Survivor deck has the following 11 cards:

6 miss

3 Edge

1 Triumph

1 Opportunity

The Bite deck has the following 15 cards:

4 More Zombies

4 Something Breaks

1 Escalation

5 Safe

1 Bite!

The die roller should allow for multiple card draws per deck as it does with the standard 52-54 card decks. There should also be a 'private roll' option as it normally does with all die rolls.

Seems pretty simple.. do you draw from both decks at the same time or only one at a time?  If you draw from both is there any correlation between the number of cards you draw from each deck?

They are separate draws. But you often draw more than one card at the time, but sometimes it's only 1.

To clarify.. so you'd do "2 survivor" and "1 bite" but never "2 survivor 1 bite"?

Correct. You draw from the survivor deck or the bite deck one or more cards, but not both at the same time.

It's now available for testing on beta.rpol.net and for real use (if it's correct) on the responsive site, https://r.rpol.net.  Users on the traditional site will see the results but can't make their own rolls.

Thank you very much!

I cant seem to use the zombie world deck however. There is no place for me to enter 'number of cards drawn'.

It's the spot to the right (or underneath on small screens) labelled "(any system requirements)".

If you've got javascript it should update the description.

There is nothing there. I see any system requirement, and it lists the choice of S or B, but not number of cards drawn. No drop down menu for it ether.

Ok got it. Thanks!

:)

I did get this error message when I put the letters and numbers in incorrectly.

quote:
You must the number of cards and 's' or 'b' for the survivor or bite deck when using the Zombie World system.

I think that's clear enough?  Might add some examples to the message.
