I recall this system when it was first releasing and I have not kept up with it, but I thought it was intriguing. I was wondering if there was any interest on RPoL for this system. I am not as up to pace with the world they generated for the system, but wouldn't mind looking into that.

Again, just seeing if there is any interest level in this type of game.

From what I recall, the system has the PCs taking on the role of the new gods of a tribe of humans that then guide and empower their tribe in expanding. It's been years since I read the material last. It's still parked in my Drivethru RPG library.

My idea would be to build a unique world: part exploration, part civilization builder. A tribe of humans arrives in a new land and the gods of that tribe guide it as it explores its new home.

Anyway, thoughts?

Can't seem to get my  hands on the rulebook to have a read. Cant even find an electronic version on sale.

I bought it years and years ago on Drivethru, but it seems it is no longer available. Though my downloads there are still viable it seems. I thought I saw the PDFs here and there though. They ought to be around somewhere.

Would it be a deal breaker to not have the rules on hand? Sounds like an interesting game.

The basic rules for New Gods Of Mankind were available as a free EPUB, but Dark Skull Studios seems to have closed up shop. All their stuff is no longer available on either Indie Press Revolution or DriveThruRPG.
