It is a basic dice pool type Sci-Fi game that I don't see listed in the Rules when doing a search for games.

Maybe someone has played but called it something else?

It's a small press game, so it's entirely possible that no one else has run or played it yet.

If people like the video "Star Dogs" then maybe they have emulated it with Starport Scum?
