GM here, I really want to run something West Marches style. Wicked Ones, Cortex Prime, Blades in the Dark (or one of the other hacks), and I've got a couple concepts for FIST (Spider-Man Multiverse, Men In Black, Borderlands, something else?). All lightweight, easygoing rulesets, I can be the rules reference, and I'm willing to teach & tweak systems as needed.

I just got the newest Forged in the Dark game, Girl by Moonlight, and I was really interested in trying out the Sea of Stars playset. It's basically the last bastion of humanity (whether that's a city or a ship) protected by mech pilots against giant kaiju. In the same vein as like Pacific Rim, Attack on Titan, Escaflowne, etc. That being said, I'd be interested in any Forged game really!

I have a mecha vs kaiju setting for Cortex, but I don't have Girl by Moonlight. I'd be happy to hack together something FitD-like, though. Thoughts?

Given I have the Wicked Ones rulebook half-read sat on the coffee table in front of me I would love to try a game of that. Though, equally, I would be happy to give any Forged In The Dark game a try - as a system it's hard to beat!

I've never played Cortex but I'm open to trying it out if it is simple enough! Girl By Moonlight is $15 on Backerkit right now-- you get immediate access to the full pdf and supplemental docs if that is something you're interested in!

I've got a number of FitD games and hacks at my fingertips. I've even got one of my own, if people want to playtest. It'll take awhile to codify the whole thing into a game, but I can at least open up a game here while we workshop things. Is there a particular setting you're all after?

I'm definitely interested in checking out FitD, especially with a GM willing to teach. It seems like a system that is very streamlined while still containing interesting mechanics. I'm pretty flexible on the specific setting and would be happy to be involved in workshopping things.

As luck would have it, I was working on a semi-GM-less FitD hack. The setting is a ghost/steam/sparkpunk city inspired by Fragged Aeternum, Shadow of the Demon Lord, and Blades in the Dark. Some of the lore/cosmology has been defined, but I've left plenty of holes. PCs have been variously empowered & are each special "exceptional" creatures in the world. If you're down to do things a little ad-hoc but still rules-light & very similar mechanics, I'd be happy to finish setting that game up & set y'all loose.
