Note: 10 is the start point. Cannot lower it unless your stat does it.

Gold is 1000 to start.

All pathfinder material is in play.

No 3rd party stuff.

No hybrid.

Two traits

I'd prefer semi-normal races but may allow most with good reason!

MAX Hit Points every level
