BTW Its the only door left-the dwarf door. You can also go back and check on the gate/Wing creatures.

Leads down to a dead end. Course I could have Thorin check it but as far as the group knows, 2 ways.

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

Send him down....just in case. If nothing then the birds, and then the dwarf.

....if anyone else has any objections?

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

Haha.

Half-orc is afraid of the dwarf door.

Thorin doesn't find anything.

So Dwarf Door or the Birds?

The dwarf door is so near to this place so I feel it should be checked (and I got thorin's search roll)

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

Let's go he dwarf door.

And for the record, he is distrustful of magic (even to the point of almost fearing it)

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

If Tai goes first and not sure where he's going, and he hits you....

OMG. lol.

He can get up to 5d6 more damage on his 1st hit.

damn....I thought 1D12+5 was good damage (And for a non raging barbarian, that is pretty good)!

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

Tai does 1d10+2

Barbarians can do more damage over time and are tougher plus they can rage.

Some samurais rely on speed. Tai's one. If he can keep them flat footed he can do more damage.

Also Gar can talk. Tai can't. Well he can but he doesn't really want to and its more repetative :)

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

I think it's cool. Tai, however is more civilised where gar is a little more wild (Due to his upbringing and being treated as a slave)....in truth he kinda respects and idolises the samurai for his skill.

and since he is silent, that helps too. Gar likes to keep it simple.

Gar is a tank....but when he hits, it's hard (Hence the greataxe). Maybe later he may dual wield axes (Hence his interest in the hand axe), but that's later.

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

Gar's a warrior not a tank :)

He hits hard but doesn't use a shield and uses lesser armor then a tank.

Tai's AC: 19
Gar's AC: 15
Landor's AC: 21
Perrin's AC: 15

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

Landor is the tank with the high AC and able to self heal. Gar may want to look into getting a halberd and fighting from the second rank in line if we are in a 5’ wide hallway. Landor could take total defense while Gar smacks them over his head.

BTW halberd do not have reach.

I made a half-ogre barbarian/fighter with a spear. 15' reach.

Priceless.

Sorry. Halberd has reach in 5e. I keep bouncing back and forth between systems. 1 3.5e, 3 5e, 1 Pathfinder, 1 7th Sea 2e, 1 7th Sea 1e, 1 Star Wars

Re: (OOC) Welcome to the Game

Very confusing.

But even though a reach weapon would be good, he is the type to get in with an axe, hands, teeth, etc. Think a brawler when he isn't using his axe
