For every 2 weeks of dedicated training, in which you are spending a minimum of 8 hours per day doing nothing but training, ... you may learn one feat you meet the prerequisites for.

swapping a feat for another
For every 2 weeks of dedicated training, in which you are spending a minimum of 8 hours per day doing nothing but training, ... you may switch one feat for another that you meet the prerequisites for.

improving a (learning a new) skill as a part of leveling up
For every week of dedicated training, in which you are spending a minimum of 8 hours per day doing nothing but training, ... you can improve (learn) a skill.

swapping one skill point for another
For every week of dedicated training, in which you are spending a minimum of 8 hours per day doing nothing but training, ... you can un-spend a skill point and invest in another skill.

Knowledge checks can be retried if you are in a library with enough reference materiel.

the size of the book collection determines how many retries can be re-rolled.

a sorcerer does not choose their new spells when leveling up. They carry that unrealized potential until they cast a new spell ... permanently adding that spell to their list.
