Hi all,

Recently started my first game on this site and I am a big fan of the setup and features. I am, however, already struggling with one technical question.

I have noticed that when I update maps on my game, I can only see the change if I delete all the cookies stored for RPoL, which is slightly annoying as it requires me to relog every time.

Is this a common problem (and if so is there a solution), or is it a quirk of my browser settings?

If you do a forced refresh of the page  (Usually F-5 but may vary with the browser) that usually does the trick.  Have you tried that?

Indeed it does! Which makes me question why I hadn't already tried this, but thanks.

Some browsers.. ok Chrome.. are far too aggressive at caching even when told not to.  Will revisit it but it's a constant problem.

Might even put a little note under the map about how to refresh.

Simple, fast, and effective.  That solution bears the three most important hallmarks of "the best solution".
