I have been having some issues today updating maps.  I remove an existing map, upload a new map and when I try to view the map, this site keeps showing me the old map that I thought I had replaced.  Am I doing something wrong?

That happens occasionally. I think it's a caching issue with your browser. Try hitting CTRL + F5 on the map page to force-clear the cache for that page, it usually works for me.

Also, tweaking the file name prevents. Change "citymap.jpg" to "citymap1.jpg" when you modify the map and it'll pop up correct every time.

Just try refreshing the screen. That normally works for me.

That was actually the first thing I did and it made no difference :)

Tried that as well, no joy which is why I posted here.  I will have to update a map again in the next day or two, fingers crossed.

Might try manually clearing your browser's cache if that's the case.

Just for verification purposes, not that it should matter but just in case, are you both uploading and viewing on the same version of RPoL?

yes, haven't tried again today but when I do my next map update I will let you know the results
