Rafe is somewhere in his 30s. His dark hair doesn't have any grey in it and his tanned skin isn't as marked as one might expect for someone in his line of work. His voice has the faint traces of an accent that is hard to place. He is of average height and not particularly bulky but there is a certain... measuredness to his movements and he is well toned.

Most pictures of Elsa have Rafe somewhere in the frame, usually moving to shield her from press or curious gaze of the public. He is her bodyguard and chauffeur and is rarely very far.
