Xaxoo is not an In Character (IC) entity.  He is omnipotent and all powerful. His only aim is to maintain an in character experience full of good old D&D fantasy fun for all players and readers. If he is posting in a game thread, he is the GM, and will only post in character material. He IS NOT himself a character.
