A large man with obvious Russian heritage, Triage (or "Tree" as he is sometimes called for short and for his size) stands a bit over six feet tall in height, broad-shouldered and athletic. His hair is shaggy and a bit unkempt most of the time - both it and his beard are greying brown in color. His eyes are the dark green color of a shadowed forest. His lightly tanned white skin is that of someone who used to be outside a lot, and now is indoors most of the time.

He has an obvious cyberarm where his left arm used to be. It looks a bit worn, and an older model or 'retro' styled, with a skull etching on it. He tends to wear 'retro' styled clothing as well, usually t-shirt, jeans, combat boots, a jacket and mirrorshades. He often has a cigar as well, as he enjoys indulging in them. He's almost never seen without his medtech bag and heavy pistol.
